Matthew 19:16-24... Please read this passage first before reading any further. The man in this passage, claimed to have kept all the commandments. He was seeking eternal life. He went to the right person to ask His question. Yet he went away sad because his great wealth came between God and him. His great wealth was his god and the lord of his life. Jesus didn't condemn wealth; He condemned wealth as the master of this man's life.
Matthew 6:24 says, "No one can serve two masters.
Money can buy a Watch, but not Time. Money isn't what's important it is our relationship with God, the Lord Jesus Christ and that is the utmost importance. So keep your perspective right when it come to handling money and be thankful to the Lord for what He has done for you.
